SUNY Plattsburgh's Public Relations Student Society of America chapter will welcome alumnus Steve Peters '00 G'01 at its next meeting Wednesday, March 27 at 7 p.m. in Yokum Hall, 206.
Steve Peters, the city of Plattsburgh's superintendent of recreation, will share his knowledge of public relations, event planning and management.
Event planning is one of the toughest and most sought after positions and is a necessary skill in public relations. Peters will share his experiences and offer important "do’s and don'ts" of the field. He will also take time to answer students' questions.
